Triac Composites and Rapido Catamarans will be at two trade shows on two continents from 18-21 November 2025.

This week, from 18-21 November 2025, Rapido Catamarans’ builder, Triac Composites, is representing our brand at two major international marine events —  METSTRADE 2025 in Amsterdam, Netherlands and VIMOX 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Triac, which honed its expertise building high-performance foils and structures for our Rapido trimarans, demonstrates its global reach and advanced composite capabilities across both events.

VIMOX 2025 — Ho Chi Minh City, 19–21 November

Booth 57 | The Adora Centre, Phuong Tan Son Nhat, HCMC

VIMOX 2025 (Vietnam International Marine & Offshore Expo), is the primary focus for Rapido Catamarans, highlighting the commercial marine and offshore potential of our power catamaran range.

This T-foil rudder from a Rapido 40 will be on display at Triac's booth at VIMOX 2025. It is built by Triac for the Rapido 40 sailing trimaran.

Triac will showcase its broad composite capabilities for carbon and glass fibre applications, including:

1. Power catamarans for commercial, defence, and private sectors (e.g., crew transfer vessels, pilot boats, law-enforcement craft, ferries)

2. Propulsion systems: electric, diesel, and gasoline

3. Composite components for steel/aluminium vessels (e.g., consoles, gangways, masts)

4. Advanced offshore structures, engineered for strength, precision, and corrosion resistance

All tooling is produced in-house on Triac’s KUKA 7-axis robot, ensuring precision and repeatability across every project.

At METS, Triac showcases its robot-machined, autoclave-cured prepreg carbon technology. While this event is primarily focused on foiling and high-performance components, it demonstrates that Triac’s expertise is global and versatile, supporting innovation across a wide range of marine applications.
